James Seldon, Jr.

James began his legal career as an assistant district attorney, serving for four years in that position. His practice as a criminal prosecutor has influenced his outlook on how a civil case should be defended. He believes that aggressive and thorough discovery tactics are the key to building a defense. At every phase of litigation, James is thinking about how what he is doing will shape his closing argument to a jury.

As an Anytown area native, James attended college at the University of New Hampshire. Thereafter, he graduated from the NH University College of Law.
